Auburn State Theatre, in partnership with The Station Public House, presents 'Cinebrew at the Station' featuring family friendly films, brews, and food in a comfortable outdoor setting.
Revisit the magic and adventure of “one of the great American films” with the fourth and final film in the 2020 Cinebrew series - Steven Spielberg’s beloved story of a lost alien and the 10-year-old boy who helps him find his way home. E.T. captures that strange moment in youth when the world is a place of mysterious possibilities, and the universe seems somehow separate from the one inhabited by grown-ups. Starring Henry Thomas and Drew Barrymore with score by John Williams, E. T. The Extra-Terrestrial won many awards, including: People's Choice Award for Favorite Movie, Academy Award for Best Visual Effects, and Saturn Award for Best Science Fiction Film.
Location: The Station Public House
750 Lincoln Way, Auburn CA
Doors open at 6:30pm
The Station Public House, downtown Auburn’s newest hot spot, offers a unique dining experience with over 8,000 square feet of outdoor space, diverse wine selection, 40 rotating taps, and a contemporary gastro pub menu complete with a sausage cart. Picnic tables dotted throughout the beautifully landscaped garden offer the ideal venue for responsible social distancing while still providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The Station Public House derives its name from the historic trans-continental railroad station located just a stone's throw from the restaurant.
Patrons who would like dinner with their movie should arrive at least an hour early as the kitchen will close just before the movie starts at 7:30 PM. The outdoor sausage cart will remain open until 8:00 PM. Beer and wine will be offered throughout the entirety of the film. Popcorn and candy will be available.
If guests arrive at 6:00 PM they are welcome to stay at their table but must check in at front to receive a wristband for the film.
