SIERRA FRIENDS OF TIBET- AUBURN
The Monks will construct a Sand Mandala and participate in a variety of events, highlighting many aspects of Tibetan culture. This is their third extended-stay event in Auburn! The Sand Mandala viewing hours: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. (Open daily – before/after scheduled events and teachings.)
- All events will be held at the General Gomez Arts & Events Center, 808 Lincoln Way, Auburn, CA unless otherwise noted, and all events listed below are open to the public. - The Monks are available for house, land & business blessings, as well as school visits.- Personal Healings will take place at the General Gomez Center, by appointment. Call Jesse 916.834.8299 or Inquire at the Center. - This Schedule is subject to Change at any time before or during the Monk's visit. - Events are by donation, and all money goes directly to the Monks. Suggested donation is $1 - $10 for Mandala viewing, $15-$20 per person for events. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

A Ritual Prayer Ceremony to Transform Negative Conditions into Positive Healing conditions
SATURDAY – FEBRUARY 2
10:00 am KID'S PROGRAM WITH MONKS – Monks leading a hands-on participation event for children & adults creating Butter Sculpture, Calligraphy & Coloring of Printed Mandalas.
3:00 pm DHARMA TALK:
“The Wisdom of Compassion”
7:00 pm CHAY DROL RITUAL –
A Healing Ritual for Removing Obstacles.

11:00 am PRAYERS FOR THE SICK & DECEASED & SUFFERING OF THE WORLD – Prayers to Benefit those who have died, are sick, or suffering. Bring photos/objects, or written names of those who need blessing.
